Rapid Transformational Therapy is a unique method that typically requires 1 - 3 sessions to resolve most deeply-rooted issues. RTT uses hypnosis which is a completely safe, natural, and relaxing process where you will remain in control throughout the duration of your session. During RTT you will be regressed back to several memories in order to uncover where, when, how, and why you developed your presenting issue/problem. This insight will help you to gain a deeper understanding of the root, the cause, and the reason for your problem/issue.

By making a booking with Rebecca Furber, hereinafter referred to as ‘RFurber’, for a discovery call, in person Rapid Transformational Session or online Rapid Transformational Session, hereafter referred to as a ‘session’, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as follows:-

1. Hypnotherapy Sessions and Fees

 

1.1.  Each standard session lasts approximately 90 minutes but can vary depending on the route of the issue and the discovery call approximately 20 minutes. Current fees are quoted at time discovery call. Fees are subject to change at any time.

 

1.2.  All session fees are payable in advance as only full payment secures the booking.

 

1.3.  Additional fees may be payable for sessions provided outside of agreed times, geographical areas or timescales. Any additional fees will be advised in writing prior to the acceptance of any booking.

 

1.4.  Payment methods accepted are: Bank Transfer or PayPal. Bank details are available on request.

 

1.5.  Invoices are issued on request.

 

2. Commitment, Standards of Behaviour and Code of Conduct

 

2.1.  Therapy requires commitment and motivation to gain the best results. Part of the progress happens during the session, and part is achieved through listening to the transformation recording for 21 days.

 

2.2.  As a client you commit to engage with the process both during the session and afterwards, by completing and constantly listening to the transformational recording for 21 days.

 

2.3.  Throughout your therapy (inclusive of initial consultation/sessions) RFurber will treat you with respect, including respecting your privacy and confidentiality (see point 8).

 

2.4.  You in turn agree to treat with respect the privacy and confidentiality.

 

2.5.  You agree to attend sessions on time, and not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those prescribed by your General Practitioner or any Doctor you are under the care of.

 

2.6.  If your conduct should contravene these standards, then RFurber reserves the right to terminate the session and or refuse any future sessions. Any payment for sessions made in advance will be forfeited.

 

3. Consumer Contracts Regulations

 

3.1.  You have the right to cancel any order made over the phone, by email, text or via the internet as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

4.1.  Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires you to give at least 48 hours notice in writing or the full session fee will be charged. Any request to reschedule a session will not be unreasonably withheld.

 

4.2.  Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without the full session fee being charged.

 

4.3.  Any request for refund for advance paid sessions cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours will be made by direct payment to your bank account within 5 working days of the date of the request.

 

4.4.  If an emergency requires RFurber to cancel your session, as much notice as possible will be given to you (see point 7). If this notice is less than 24 hours you will be entitled to a full refund for the session if you prefer not to reschedule. This will be processed within the above timescale.

 

5. Punctuality

 

5.1.  If you are running late or anticipate running late for your session, please leave a message (calls are not answered when working with a client), or send a text to my number provided to you. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate lost time, this is not always possible and therefore please understand that the session may have to finish at the originally scheduled finish time.

 

6. Contact outside of Sessions

 

6.1.  Unless prior agreement is made, it is expected that there will not be any contact outside of sessions (unless for rescheduling or cancellation). If contact is required it is requested to be made by email only.

 

7. Contacting You

 

7.1.  If it is necessary for RFurber to contact you this will be done via your preferred method (as indicated on your Client Record Form, which is completed prior to or during your Discovery Call, in the consultation for or at the start of the session). If contact is required with you prior to completion of your Client Record Form this will be done via the same method as contact was made with RFurber.

 

7.2.  It is your responsibility to update RFurber of any changes to your contact details. RFurber cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred or associated with travelling to a cancelled session if your contact details have changed and these have not been advised.

 

7.3.  If a telephone message is left for you, only the callers first name and telephone number will be left, and no mention of hypnotherapy will be made.

 

8. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

 

8.1.  Your privacy is of the utmost importance to RFurber – I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) which means I need to tell you what data I am collecting from you and what I intend to do with it.

 

8.2 An emergency contact number and your address are required for health and safety reason because the service is being provided remotely.

 

8.3 Your age and date of birth are collected to perform and prepare for the contract, this enables me to make a powerful script and include your age in the session.

 

8.4. Your email will only be used for marketing with your permission. Your email is needed to prepare for the contract.

 

8.5. Any information that is collected from you as a potential client or client, including contact details is held in the strictest of confidence and will never be shared with external parties without your express permission with the following exceptions:

 

8.6.1. Self-Harm: RFurber may need to contact your GP and/or other organisations if it appears that you are suicidal or intend to carry out serious self-harm.

 

8.6.2. Abuse/Injury to a Minor: RFuber is legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information.

 

8.7.   In order to meet Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements, anonymous case histories are sometimes discussed with peer-support groups and supervisors. Please note that no personal details are ever shared.

 

8.8. How long will I store your data for and how will I dispose of it:  I will keep your session notes for 7 years. I will shred this and delete your online intake form after this 7 year timeframe. I will delete your phone number and all emails from my devices 1 month after our work finishes. 

 

8.9. Any external websites and online service providers that are used will be checked for GPDR compliance. 

 

9. Therapy Duration

 

9.1.  A committed and motivated client is likely to achieve their realistic goals. A cure and is not guaranteed, and it would not be ethical to make this claim. A guide to therapy duration and the number of sessions required will be provided at the initial consultation however this will be regularly reviewed during your therapy and any changes to this will be discussed with you.

 

9.2.  Therapy duration and number of sessions estimates are based on those provided to previous clients, however as all clients and conditions are unique these estimates are subject to change.

 

10. Disclaimer

 

10.1. The information contained on this website or given during the session is for information only and it should not be considered as medical advice. If you unsure about whether or not you should partake in an RTT session, please consult your general practitioner first.

 

10.2 By signing this agreement You understand that RFurber makes no guarantee of the outcomes from the session/s. RFurber will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damage in any context including but not limited to loss, damage or expense resulting from any session and use of information learned. You agree to hold RFurber harmless from and against any and all claims of liability of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with any and all session/s.

Before taking part in your RTT session(s), please ensure:

1.     That you do not suffer from epilepsy and/or schizophrenia.

2.     That you will be free from the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of your session.

3.     That you provide me with the correct address of your online location for (Online sessions only).

4.     That the environment around you is safe and will remain distraction free. (Online session only).

5.     That you provide me with a phone number or other means of communication to contact you with in the case of a technology failure. (Online session only).

6.     That you provide me with a third-party emergency contact number.
